Shipping & Delivery
SendSpirits.com and /or its’ partners will ship spirits, wines, gift baskets, accessories and other fine products for you easily and efficiently. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering and will arrive at the recipient’s location based on shipping method specified at time of order.
Shipping and Transit Time
Orders typically ship out within 48 hours of being placed (excluding non business days) using a network of local couriers as well as national shipping services. After your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking #. If there is a problem with the ship to/bill to address placed on the order please make sure to contact customer service to correct this problem. An adult over the age of 21 will have to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. All returned packages are subject to additional shipping fees. We make every attempt to notify you if any shipment delays may arise. Also, please note, these shipping times only refer to the amount of time that the package is in transit.

Any surcharges imposed by respective states will be added to orders. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult's signature at the time of delivery.
For standard, non-scheduled delivery, shipping, ID verification and handling rates will vary. The standard rates for each selection will be reflected in the shopping cart and will update as the cart is updated.

Payment, Pricing and Promotions
SendSpirits.com offers the flexibility of several payment methods. You can pay by credit card, PayPal or personal check. If you pay by personal check, your order will be processed once the check is cleared. Prices are reflected on the SendSpirits.com website along with shipping method choices. An email will be sent to notify you that your credit card has been charged. Product promotions are advertised on the website and offer you special savings on selected items. Promotions vary periodically and are offered on products and/or shipping charges.
All product prices are in USD. If an error is found in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
The delivery price is displayed at the end of the checkout process depending on the country you place your order from. The price of the goods you order will be shown on the Site before you confirm your order and will be confirmed on the written confirmation that you will receive when the goods are delivered. Refusal of order

Availability of Products

SENDSPIRITS.COM shall repair, replace or refund, free of charge, any products/goods damaged or lost in transit where delivery has been made by our carrier, provided that: you give us written notification (letter, fax or email) of such damage (in this case please send us pictures so that we can judge what has to be done) or loss within 24 hours of the delivery date in the case of damage and within 24 hours of the estimated delivery date notified to you at the time you placed your order in the case of loss, in order that we may comply with our carrier's conditions of carriage; you produce to us any receipt or other documents relating to the goods in question together with (in the case of a claim for damage) the original packaging for the goods.
